START HOW-TO

Step 1

  • ​Open the SmartThings App on your mobile device.

Step 2

  • ​Tap on the 'Right Top Menu Button'.

Step 3

  • ​In the menu tap on 'Add Thing'.

Step 4

  • Tap on 'Connect Now'.
     
  • ​The SmartThings Hub's LED will now blink green indicating that it is in pairing mode.

Step 5

  • ​Proceed by pushing 3 times on the action button of the Fibaro Motion Sensor.
     
  • The LED of the Fibaro Motion Sensor will glow blue.

Step 6

  • ​The SmartThings App will indicate that it has found the Fibaro Motion Sensor and that the pairing process has been successful.
     
  • Tap on 'Fibaro Motion Sensor ZW5'.
     
  • Tap on 'Next'.
     
  • Tap on 'Done'.

Step 7

  • ​You have hereby successfully paired the Fibaro Motion Sensor with the Samsung SmartThings Hub.
